All men included in this analysis had anal cytology results. Studies are ranked in descending order of anal HSIL+ prevalence among HIV-positive MSM, stratified by diagnostic strategy. HPV=human papillomavirus. HRA=high-resolution anoscopy. HSIL+=high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions or worse.
