Time-dependent delivery of DOX to the MDA-MB-468 cells. DOX fluorescence is shown as green, and DNA origami fluorescence is shown as red. Images showed that at 3 h, DOX was localized in the cytoplasm. With increasing time (6–24 h), DOX was released from DNA origami and translocated to the nuclei.
