Staining of fixed-only (fix only) or fixed and permeabilized (fix & perm) T. cruzi trypomastigotes with mAb Tc24-C4/884, Tc24-C4 polyclonal antisera or naïve sera followed by staining with goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) Alexa Fluor 488 (green).
