GPR65 is the target gene of miRNA-7062-5p. (A) Scatter plots for microarray assay demonstrated differentially expressed mRNAs in early OCPs treated with CT-26 CM or DMEM. (B) The complementary sequences of miRNA-7062-5p were discovered in 3′ UTR of GPR65 mRNA using TargetScan. (C) Dual-luciferase analysis showed miRNA-70652-5p inversely regulated the luciferase activity of plasmids containing wild-type 3′ UTR of GPR65. (D) Immunofluorescence analysis revealed the protein expression of GPR65 in early OPCs after overexpression of miRNA-7062-5p (scale bar = 50 μm).
