Thymoquinone (TQ) restrains the cell viability, migration, invasion and proliferation of bladder carcinoma (BC). (A) The molecular structure of TQ. (B) CCK-8 assay was conducted to test the viability of BC cells after TQ treatment of gradient concentration for 24 h and 48 h. Cell scratch test (C), transwell migration (D) and invasion (E) experiments were performed to detect the migration and invasion ability alteration of BC cells after administration of TQ (0 μM, 25 μM and 50 μM) for 24 h. (F) The colony formation assay of 5637 and T24 cancer cells with treatment of TQ (0 μM, 25 μM and 50 μM).
