S1P levels in patients with GCC and PCC in the validation stage. (A) In the validation stage, there were higher plasma S1P levels in AIS groups compared with control groups; the GCC group had higher plasma S1P levels than PCC groups. (B) The ROC analysis of plasma S1P levels showed an AUC of 0.738 (95% CI: 0.599–0.849) to differentiate patients with GCC from PCC. (C) Plasma S1P levels showed a significant negative correlation with the 90-day mRS score.
