TazKD compared to wild-type male mice fed control diet show altered twitch kinetics as demonstrated by (A) the representative trace. (B) Time to peak twitch force was slower in TazKD soleus compared to WT and was attenuated by the LA diet. In comparison, (C) half-relaxation time was also slower in TazKD soleus compared to WT and was somewhat attenuated with the LA diet.
