Clustering coefficient is related to composite cognitive performance, composite memory performance and disease duration in female MS patients but not in males. The slopes are significantly different between the female and male MS patients for the relation between clustering coefficient and cognitive performance (F = 3.24, P = 0.04), memory performance (F = 4.66, P = 0.01) and disease duration (F = 3.72, P = 0.02).
