Neuro2A cells were treated with MCM, ACM, triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) overexpression + MCM, or TREM2 overexpression + ACM, and then CCK-8 and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assays were performed after 24 h. (A) CCK-8 assay indicated Neuro2A cells viability changes. (B) LDH release assay indicated Neuro2A cells toxicity changes.
