Inhibition of TLR-4 levels by SAGE in human macrophages (Western blot). Macrophages (1 × 10⁶ cells/well) were cultured in serum-free media (37 °C, 5% CO₂/95%O₂ 18 h) with LPS (50 ng/mL), SAGE, or vehicle alone. Conditioned medium were analyzed by Western blot.
