Epidemiologic variables included in the base model are BMI, smoking status, income, HP infection status, gastritis, and family history of gastric cancer. P-value was calculated using DeLong’s non-parametric approach for the point estimate, bootstrapping technique with 2,000 repeats was applied to determine the 95% CI.
