Means ± standard error delta RQ values for all negative control samples were as follows: for the CA-FAM probe (n = 55), 0.021 ± 0.003; for the CT-TET probe (n = 72), 0.033 ± 0.006; for the CP-HEX probe (n = 73), 0.052 ± 0.008; for the CG-FAM probe (n = 60), 0.009 ± 0.001; for the CK-TET probe (n = 72), 0.025 ± 0.004; for the All-CAN-TET probe (n = 20), 0.060 ± 0.014. The P value was <0.01 for positive test samples versus negative control samples for all probes.
