Summary of OCEANS and ddPCR comparison experiments for 6 FFPE samples in 4 select mutation loci (BRAF p. V600E, KRAS p. G13D, KRAS p. E62K, and MAP2K1 p. P124L). Other than one sample/mutation combination at 31% VAF, ddPCR showed VAFs ranging between 0.02 and 0.66% for the concordant samples. See Additional file 1: Section S6 for detailed results
