Nres denotes the number of residues contained in the samples. H(r), H(d), S(r), and S(d) are the fraction (%) of ordered α-helix, disordered α-helix, ordered β-strand, and disordered β-strand, respectively. Nhelix and Nstrand show the number of α-helix and β-strand (sum of the ordered and disordered structures) contained in the corresponding samples, respectively.
