Effect of BX795 on caspase 3 and caspase 9 activation. BX795 treatment was demonstrated at the concentrations of 1 and 10 μM to induce caspase 3 (A) and caspase 9 (B) mRNA expression in U-87 cells. In addition, Western blots analysis confirmed an increase in caspase 3 (C) and caspase 9 expression (D) after BX795 treatment.
