Phylogenetic tree based on the full-length genome sequences of the COVID-19 virus. The genomes of the COVID-19 virus from Dalian were highlighted in shades of yellow. The genomes of the reference COVID-19 virus from Wuhan (December 2019) were highlighted in shades of grey.
