Fig. 2. — Mapping diagram of a delayed bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction in a 62-year-old patient with BMI of 23.7. The first DIEP flap had two lateral perforators and the second DIEP flap had two lateral perforators. There were revisions of both arterial anastomoses. The procedure was completed in 3 hours and 36 minutes.
