Coloured boxes surround individual instance bricks matched by the template bricks given in the legend. The color of the surrounding box identifies the template brick the instance is matched by (e.g. the template brick in green (BKO:0000440) representing a protein phosphorylation matches three different instances in the maps). Each template brick is associated with a term that describes a biological concept (biomolecular process or activity).
