Figure. — Mild, unilateral, upper greater than lower, eyelid erythema, and edema presenting 1 day after the first dose of the SARS-CoV-2 Pfizer mRNA Vaccination. No additional ocular or adnexal signs or symptoms were observed. This patient’s eyelid edema and erythema resolved in 1 day with antihistamine treatment and the patient experienced no known ocular sequela.
