Fundus intravital imaging of immunodeficiency rats with intrahepatic lesions that received sorafenib formulations. MHCC97-H cells were cultured, and the intrahepatic lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were established in the live organs of immunodeficient rats. Rats received one intratumor injection (50μl amount) of sorafenib microcrystal formulation with the largest particle-size (Sor-MS) (30mg/ml) or sorafenib via oral administration (2mg/kg concentration, repeatedly over a long period of time). Results are shown as images of the fundus microcirculation capillary network (A) and fundus retinal intravital images (B).
