Chronic rat model of osteoarthritis. (A) Overview of the experimental design: Joint instability has been induced surgically by destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM). Zilretta or vehicle has been injected intra-articularly (IA) at day 7. Various parameters were measured longitudinally as indicated. (B) Joint broadening over time.
