BCR and TLR induced BBim^fl/fl B cell proliferation is enhanced by BAFF. B cells from WT and BBim^fl/fl mice were analyzed for differences in activation and proliferation. WT and BBim^fl/fl mice were immunized with TNP-Ficoll, before measuring B cell and antibody response by ELISpot.
