Immunolocalization of FAK in induced Tet-FAK cells. Tet-FAK(WT)-46, Tet-FAK(F397)-21, and Tet-FAK(F576/F577)-16 cells were induced for 2 days and then plated overnight on fibronectin-coated coverslips.
