Cell migration with CXCL10 treatment. In MCF-7, cell migration increased in a stepwise manner after 24 h although statistically non-significant. After 48 h, the percentage of wound closure significantly increased with 40 ng/ml and 60 ng/ml of CXCL10 with p < 0.05, respectively. MDA-MB231 showed an increased percentage of wound closure after 24 h and 48 h after CXCL10 was added. After 48 h, the sample with 60 ng/ml of CXCL10 showed significantly increased wound closure (p < 0.05). *Statistically significant.
