miR-519d-3p negatively correlates with its targets Bcl-w and HIF-1α in plasma of lung cancer patients, respectively
Bcl-w and HIF-1α are regulated by miR-519d-3p. (A and B) The miR-519d-3p-overexpressed H460 cells were injected into the tail vein of NOD/SCID mice (n = 4, 1 × 106 cells/mouse), and mice were sacrificed 7 weeks later to obtain lung tissue. (A) The number of metastatic nodules of the obtained lung tissue was counted and graphed. The obtained lung tissue was stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining. (B) The expression of Bcl-w and HIF-1α was confirmed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining (scale bars, 200 μm). (C and D) The expression patterns of Bcl-w (C) and HIF-1α (D) and miR-519d-3p in plasma of lung cancer patients were analyzed by Spearman’s correlation analysis. The data are presented as mean ± SD. ∗p < 0.05. Student`s t test.
