5 × 105 Renca cells were subcutaneously implanted on the flank of 6- to 8-week-old BALB/c mice (n = 4–5). At day 0, a dose of 1 × 107 PFU was intratumorally injected and, 4 days later, mice were sacrificed and tumors were harvested.
