CIH enhances O-GlcNAc levels, and the expression levels of OGT, p-p38 MAPK and p-ERK1/2 levels, but decreases OGA expression in mesenteric arteries. The groups were as follows: i) CON, normoxic (21% O2) condition; and ii) CIH, intermittent hypoxia cycles (6–8% O2 for 2 min and 21% O2 for 2 min).
