The component analysis of Ecklonia cava fucoidan (ECF). The molecular weight (M_w) was determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The monocyte composition of ECF has analyzed by HPLC. Turbidimeric assay was conducted for determination of SO₄²⁻ in ECF. The numbers show the percentage of the component in the ECF.
