Association of LKB1 with gene expression in HMDP mice. (A) Gene expression was determined for skeletal muscle (gastrocnemius) from 84 strains of male mice from the hybrid mouse diversity panel [HMDP [33,73,74]] after high-fat/high-sugar diet feeding for 8 weeks (N = 4 mice/strain). Genes that were negatively [biweight midcorellation (BICOR) values <0] and positively (BICOR >0) correlated with p-values <.0001 were selected for further analysis. (B) The top cellular compartment and biological process GO-TERMS, upstream regulators and signaling pathways negatively associated with LKB1 gene expression in skeletal muscle. (C) The top cellular compartment and biological process GO-TERMS, upstream regulators and signaling pathways positively associated with LKB1 gene expression in skeletal muscle.
