Note: All models used baseline values of the outcome as well as minimization factors (sex, age, PHQ9 score, and PSQI score) as covariates and allocation as the independent variable. The coefficient for allocation is the difference of the mean change score in the exercise group compared to the control group. Abbreviations: SDNN = standard deviation of normal-to-normal RR intervals; LF = low-frequency power (0.04–0.15 Hz (ms2)); HF = high-frequency power (0.15–0.4 Hz (ms2)). a Allocation was coded as follows: 1 = control, 2 = exercise.
