Reactivity of cPLA₂γ and ABHD4 with lysoNAPE. The purified cPLA₂γ and ABHD4 (AB4), as well as buffer alone (-) were allowed to react with N-[¹⁴C]palmitoyl-lysoPE (lysoNPPE), and the products were then analyzed by TLC (A).
