The cells were treated with the 1/2 IC₅₀, IC₅₀ and 2 IC₅₀ for 48 h, and the protein phosphorylation levels were relative to β-actin protein (internal control) using western blot analysis. The quantification was determined by Image J software, and the results are presented as mean ± S.E. Where, different numbers of * p < 0.05 significant compared to the untreated control cells.
