CRISPR interference inhibited TGFβ2-induced OHT in C57BL/6J mouse eyes. Male (N = 6) and female (N = 6) C57BL/6J mice at the age of 5 months were first intracamerally injected with pHR-SFFV-KRAB-dCAS9-P2A-mCherry and Lentiguide-Puro-CMVIE_guideRNA100 lentiviral vectors in one eye as well as pHR-SFFV-KRAB-dCAS9-P2A-mCherry and Lentiguide-Puro-NT sgRNA in the fellow eye.
