Stat1(KE544-545AA) interacts normally with CBP and MCM5 fusion proteins. RIPA extracts of IFN-γ-activated, mutant- and wild-type-complemented U3A cell lines were precipitated overnight with GST, GSTCBP(CBD), GSTMCM5(251-400), or GSTMCM5(350-400).
