Groups are not mutually exclusive and contain patients with co-occurring DDR gene alterations (see Supplementary Table). The “other DDR gene” group includes patients with an alteration in FANCA (n = 4), NBN (n = 4), BRIP1 (n = 2), PALB2 (n = 2), RAD51 (n = 1), RAD51B (n = 1), and/or RAD54L (n = 1).
