Que promotes cervical cancer cell G2/M arrest and affects the expression levels of G1 phase-related proteins. The (A) HeLa and (C) SiHa cell lines were treated with Que (0 and 120 µM) for 8 h, then flow cytometry analysis was conducted to investigate the cell cycle and (B) and (D) statistically analyzed. (E) The cervical cancer cell lines were treated with Que (0, 40 and 80 µM) for 8 h or Que (80 µM) for 0, 2 and 4 h, then the protein expression levels were examined using western blot analysis.
