(B) Older adults with depression (n = 16) and slow gait speed were given a 3-week treatment with carbidopa/levodopa (L-DOPA), which resulted in significant improvement in single- and dual-task usual gait speed (37.5 mg carbidopa/150 mg levodopa once daily for the first week, twice a day for the second week, and 3 times a day for the third week).
