Extrapulmonary TB is defined as any case of TB involving organs or anatomical sites other than the lungs, with or without coexistent lung disease.
‘Other’ refers to TB infection in any organ or anatomical site of the body that falls outside the specified categories.
There are an additional 100 746 cases not reported here for which the site of TB is known to be extrapulmonary, but the exact site is unknown.
