The structures are superimposed on the respective methyltransferase domains. Human TRMT10C domains are colored as in Fig. 1(a). For saTrm10 (a), the N-terminal domain is colored in lime, the methyltransferase domain in yellow, and the C-terminal domain in light orange. For tkTrm10 (b), the N-terminal domain is colored in purple and the MTase domain is colored in pink.
