aMicrosatellite Rep1 consists of dinucleotide combination that can differ in number of repeats and thus in length (TC)x(TT)(TC)y(TA)z(CA)w → PCR products run at length of 259 bp, 261 pb, and 263 pd. The longer versions 261 bp and 263 bp have been associated with risk for PD and increased α-SYNUCLEIN expression.
bWhen sequence is different to reference sequence only on one allele, only this deviant sequence is listed in the table.
