Inactivated F. nucleatum increases the frequency of HTR8/SVneo cells in G2/M phase and JEG-3 and BeWo G0/1 phase. HTR8/Svneo, JEG-3 and BeWo were stimulated with different concentrations of F. nucleatum. Cell cycle analysis was performed after 2, 24 or 48 h.
