(A) CLCuMuV has a genome size of 2,700 nts with four ORFs on the complementary strand encoding Rep, TrAP, REn, and C4 proteins; the virion sense strand encodes CP and MP proteins. (B) Alphasatellites (CLCuMuA) possess genomes of ∼1,360 nts and encode for Rep proteins. Additionally, they have a non-coding A-rich region. (C) CLCuMuB encompasses a genome of ∼1,350 nts with only one ORF encoding for the βC1 protein; the betasatellite contains conserved, non-coding satellite conserved region (SCR) and A-rich regions.
