The “Effect of the genotype” displays the differential expression between lines when they were fed the complete plant-based diet (V). The “Effect of the V diet” displays to the effect of the complete plant-based diet for each isogenic line (with “up” = gene was up-regulated when fed the V diet in comparison to the control M diet; “down” = gene was down-regulated when fed the V diet in comparison to the control M diet; “ns” = gene expression was not significantly modified when fed the V diet in comparison to the control M diet., and diet., and “(x/y)” refers to the number of genes included.
