Mitophagy activity assessed using mKeima in HeLa cells
Elevated levels of mitophagy were observed following irradiation with 1 Gy, 2 Gy, 4 Gy after 9 hours. AICAR (0.5mM) and mitophagy inhibitor (CsA, 50 nM) were also applied as the positive and negative controls. n = 500 cells calculated per group. Scale bar: 20 μm.
