Effect of EO crude fruit extract on the ERK and JNK pathways in BV2 cells. The cells were treated with LPS (1 μg/mL) or EO crude fruit extract (0.5 or 1 μg/mL). After 24 h, cell pellets were collected, and total proteins were extracted. Then, the expression levels of (a) pERK/ERK, (b) pJNK/JNK, and β-actin were assessed by Western blot analysis.
