VHL regulation of HGF/SF-mediated RCC cell branching morphogenesis. 786-0 RCC cells were mixed in a GFR Matrigel solution and transferred to tissue culture plates. After a 30-min incubation at 37°C, the cells were fed with DMEM–10% FBS alone (Control) or supplemented with 40 ng of HGF/SF per well. After 3 days, the representative fields were photographed.
