The specification is otherwise similar to the main analysis except it uses two broad MSA group indicators (interacted with year 2020) instead of the six MSA groups in the main analysis. Specifically, MSA Pop. <1 M refers to all MSAs with population less than one million and MSA Pop. 1 M+ refers to all MSAs with population greater than one million. Non‐MSAs are again the omitted reference group.
