Effect of complement on the Dectin-2-mediated phagocytosis of C. neoformans by BM-DCs. C. neoformans Cap67 was preincubated with serum derived from WT mice for 1 h. These cells were cultured with BM-DCs prepared from WT and Dectin-2KO mice for 2 h. These cells were spun down onto a glass slide, stained with PAS, and observed under a light microscope.
