This table shows the mean levels of vitamin D, vitamin B12 and folic acid in a rural, aging cohort from southern India. The data is stratified according to gender (female and male) and age-groups (45–54, 55–64, 65–74, and ≥75 years). Statistical significance in the difference in mean values between females and males (calculated using t-test) and difference in mean values (calculated using ANOVA) is represented as p-values.
p < 0.05 was considered as significant.
