The multivariate logistic regression model included the following factors: age, male, current or former smoker, Family history of premature CVD, diabetes, hypertension, BMI, total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, Non-HDL, anti-hypertensive therapy, hospital level by using forward stepwise.
